Boris Dover, President and COO at First Community Bank, and his wife Pam feel blessed to have the opportunity to give to the community where they were both raised. Boris is an 18-year member of the White River Health System Board of Directors, including serving as President from 2016 to 2019. Pam is a retired school-based Speech- Language Pathologist.
Boris and Pam are passionate about quality education, healthcare, and jobs for all citizens in Arkansas. “All three are so critical to growing our communities, having the best quality of life, and job opportunities for our youth and citizens,” they said.
